In Tenantcube, a single-unit property is referred to as one which can accommodate one tenant/family or can have only one leased unit. Multi-unit properties are those which can house multiple tenants or families. For example, apartments can be added as multi-unit property, and a detached residential home is classified as a single-unit property.
