A rental application from the tenant, created using the Tenantcube platform is sent to a landlord's email address as provided by the tenant while submitting the application


If you, as a landlord/property manager, are not already using Tenantcube for tenant onboarding, the application will only be received as an email. You could review the same and contact your tenant directly. However, if you do have a Tenantcube account, the landlord/property manager will receive the applications both on the platform and through email. You will be able to continue the onboarding process from the platform.
